Experiment. For one week eat enough food to get 500 grams of protien a day. after one week post back here how much you needed to eat to get to that number. You will be surprised at how much food that truly is. If your getting 500 grams of protien a day from food alone, we can work on the proper macronutrients. please try this. i think you need alittle smack in the back of the head, no offence intended, to see what eating for a hard gainer is like. once you understand what it takes to grow muscle we can work on doing that properly. Go to fitday.com and record all your food for the day and keep that goal of 500 grams of protien in mind. remember, if you cant be consistent for 7 days you wont make the gains you want.
