Baby aspirin is 81mg...and I use vitamin K that is in Life Extension D+K & Sea Iodine formula or I would buy one of their standalone Super K or K Elite I believe are the names.

Be careful/consult a physician/do not take Vitamin K if you take blood thinners like coumadin etc.

Although, people in these scenarios still would be chasing health using Vitamin D...so I wonder how they ensure the calcium is in their teeth and bones and not instead causing inflammation and plaque. FYI Tocotrienols and Pomegranate juice for being pro-active about plaque build up..

I find whats very interesting about all of this..when the studies showed that the patients took the black seeds..they didn't need their synthetic pharm medicine anymore or at the very least..they needed less than half of the dose..then the studies were abruptly ended..and the people who funded the studies halted it because it was showing to be too powerful and protective and big pharm had a very big vested interest to make sure that from now on..all black seed and black seed oil studies remains "inconclusive" or "insufficient evidence" as the doctors love to tout..if you see what the doctors say about it.

My goal is to top up the following to high-normal: Testosterone, Thyroid, D3, Dopamine. I find that those four are the main things that decline with age and replacing them makes a big difference.

Those are my musts. Test, T4, D3, Selegiline.

Additional things I really, really like: Low dose daily cialis, melatonin, modafinil.

Not mentioning doses because some of these things aren't to be toyed around with, but I do find the above to make me feel pretty amazing.
