I'm in college now and getting into the gym in the evenings is a joke because everyone goes to the gym in the evenings (4pm till close).
I've read different articles with different "facts" of when the best time to hit the gym is, but they all have different times.
Over the summer I was in the gym EVERY evening on mon, tue, thur, and frid. However, I see myself losing focus if I can't find a decent time to hit the gym here. Last year I went to the gym in the morning but I feel like I wasn't able to make gains as well working out in the morning as I did this summer working out in the evenings.
When do you USUALLY workout?
