what time of the day are you strongest

some people have noticed more of a strength increase later on in the day, some say no change what do you say? these are ruff ranges kinda based on my up time: up at 8 down at 12

bro after i get my super pump i am ready to go it dont matter if its in the morning or evening. but i lift best in the morning after my breakfast
 
i prefer to get in 2 - 3 whole meals and give it time to digest before i train..so i usually get in the gym right at 4
 
Im way stronger in the afternoon or early evening. Morning for me is time to get things started (Mind body sole work etc...)Also too late in the day seems to be bad for me as well. SO around 3 4 or 5 is my preferred time.

I remember seeing a study somewhere that said that you were actually at your strongest 8 hours after awakening
 
For me it's more about meals than time of day, about 1-1.5 hours after my 2nd meal, I'm definitely at my "most strongests."

ive seen a similar study. i believe it has to do with your body temperature reaching its highest point of the day during the late afternoon early evening. this results in increased blood flow and therefore you are your strongest at that time. also the study claimed that you are less prone to injuries during this time for the same reasons.

im stronger in the morning when my natural gh is higher but i train better around 6 or so when my body is warmer and more limber.
 
i think i'm at my strongest point between 4-8pm....

i think it has to do with how much i eat by that time....
 
I'm a morniing guy. It's weird I'm stronger in the morning after a bad nights sleep than after a good nights sleep.
 
first thing in the morning for me... after my caffeine intake of course
 
I've trained at all different times of the day for extended periods. I am usually stronger in the afternoon. Mornings are not good for me. I trained in the mornings between 5 and 8 am and was never as strong as I was in the afternoon.
 
i def agree with 4p-8p...the reasoning is because you have eaten all day and have enough energy and after a day of work your loosened up and body is somewhat warmed up...after a lazy day and sitting back and relaxing is always opposite for me and i feel like im not warmed up and my body is just starting out..just loike as if you just woke up and the muscles are still sleeping
 
4-8 for me i have noticed..could be in my head but that is what i have noticed

This is something that always affected me massivley.
I am strongest in the early evening. Cant train in the morning or strength down 25-30%.
Always thought it was the meals.

However then worked nights for 12 months and was still strongest at this time. If I trained after work in the morning after all my meals through the night, same thing.
Not sure why but its always the same no matter what I have eat or shift pattern.
