What time of the day do you take Aromasin ?

I wanted to know if anyone gets any side effects from taking Aromain at a certain time of the day. For example, if anyone would get tired if they take it in the morning

I dont think it would matter as long as you take it the same time everyday.

Smart guy, especially since it must be taken with food (specifically FAT) or you lose 30% of the drug to failed absorption. When you get it from the pharmacy, the pharmacist explains this to you, it is also on the package insert.

I'm a bit confused.

Then you say the packing insert says to take it with food specifically FAT.
What would be considered a FAT food? Bacon?

Kaladryn was mocking the guys knowledge, and was correct in doing so. You should take it with food. Also, taking it at night while (natural) testosterone is lowest would be ideal but the time of day isn't as important as consistancy of it

Are you talking about Aromasin or Armidex ?

I'm dosing Aromasin at 12.5mg/day to start and I never heard anyone dose at 5mg.
