What to Eat WHILE cutting?

Well i have a lot of broccoli and chicken on my list? What else do you guys eat? This seems hard! :rolleyes:
 
Just keep it simple. If it isn't in it's whole food form, don't eat it. If it's fried, don't eat it. If it's sugar coated, don't eat it. If there's chemicals in it you can't pronounce, don't eat it.

Just stick with unprocessed, whole foods.....lean meats, eggs, vegetables (raw is best), whole wheat bread, whole grain cereals, brown rice, yams.

Stay away from white foods...white bread, white rice, white potatoes. WHITEY IS THE DEVIL!! :D

It's not really that hard.

bigboyj gave you good advice. follow it. whole food is best. add 1 serving of red meat per day in there as well.
 
well besides chicken and veggies youll need this

tuna , yams , sweet patatoes, brown rice , rice cakes , oatmeal, lean meat, natural pb , flax oil or olive , asparagas , red patatoes , isolated protein.

Chicken by the truckloads, tuna, lean beef(very lean), turkey breasts, oats, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, brown rice, whey protein. Eat a variety so you don't burn yourself out. Like cooking George Foreman chicken can make you wanna kill yourself after a while..lol. Grill it on a grill outside. Anything buy in a pan where you can drip the grease off!

Brown Rice and fat with cholesterol

I hope all of you know that brown rice has a mold in it called zearelenone. It produces massive estrogen. Look it up! Its also in corn products unfortunately.

Also, i seem to have so much energy when i eat chicken fat, high fat hamburgers, etc. You know that your cells do need cholesterol too. Anyone else agree with me?
 
The brown rice is a good carb man.

I tend to eat a lot of fish, seafood, and dark green veggies

when dieting. Cod, salmon, tuna, poluck, perch, flounder, shark, scallops, shrimp, chicken breast, green beans, peas, broccoli, asparagus, brown rice, sweet potatoes, 97% lean beef and good quality protein shakes or meal replacements..(mt-rx or myoplex light) plain oatmeal, peanut butter, egg whites, whole grain bread if any at all. I try to stay away from dairy prods when dieting as well and drink shit tons of water take my multivitamins, milk thistle, cranberry extract, and a piece of fruit early in the am usually a bannana.
