I tend to eat a lot of fish, seafood, and dark green veggies
when dieting. Cod, salmon, tuna, poluck, perch, flounder, shark, scallops, shrimp, chicken breast, green beans, peas, broccoli, asparagus, brown rice, sweet potatoes, 97% lean beef and good quality protein shakes or meal replacements..(mt-rx or myoplex light) plain oatmeal, peanut butter, egg whites, whole grain bread if any at all. I try to stay away from dairy prods when dieting as well and drink shit tons of water take my multivitamins, milk thistle, cranberry extract, and a piece of fruit early in the am usually a bannana.
