First, make sure you are in decent shape before you start your first cycle. If not you will find yourself eating and lifting to put on muscle but pissed because you cannot get rid of your gut. If you are lean to start, you will probably explode with muscle growth and look really good.
Honestly, many people say to use just Test for your first cycle. I would use Test and NPP, eat like a horse (clean diet though), lift somewhat heavy and gain tons of muscle. I am in my 40's, AAS has made my body and work outs night and day compared to when I didn't have any AAS in my system. I will say this, be careful, lifting while "on" is very addicting, after that, it just does not feel the same lifting while not on. You say to yourself, "This fuckin blows", then you start planning your next cycle. Me, I jumped on TRT because I like Test so fucking much!
