What to expect with just 300mg test a week?

I am 220 pounds, 5"9 at 14% bodyfat and 21 years old. Have 1 previous cycle under my belt whicch consisted of human grade Durateston 250's shooting up 500mg a week for 10 weeks. Last cycle was a year and a half ago. I can use 3 vials of reputable Karius's Generic Lab Pharm (GLP) Test enan 300/mg vials waiting to be used up but no Nolva or Clomid laying around at the moment. My question is, if I go ahead with this cycle, should I worry about estrogen/bloat control with just 300mg a week? Also, what strength/mass gains should a steroid newbie like me expect at this dosage?
I am currently benching a mere 265 for 8 reps, dumbell military pressing 2 105 pounders for 6 reps, squatting 405 6 reps ass to grass, deadlifting 405 for 12 reps with no straps just to give you an idea of my strength base. Am I weak compared to you guys?
I am also curious to know of the sexual/desire sides I may experience. I have heard that lower test dosages (in the 250-400mg range) will severely increase libido through the roof due to weaker estrogenic conversion dose wise as opposed to 600 mg+ a week.

At 300mg/wk you can still make some good solid gains, they will be somewhat slower but that's not always a bad thing. At this dose you should not have issues with aromatisation, but then everyone is different. If you watch your diet and keep your sodium intake down you will not get bloated. Drink plenty of water and eat clean. Now as far as strength goes, if you want to be a powerlifter then it matters, if you want to build muscles then it is irrealevant to a point. Building muscle is not about how much you can lift but how effective your lifting is towards building muscle.

Would you recommend that I frontload this or just go ahead with the 300mg shots? I may gradually increase my dosages. Now, what is a good basic PCT regime for this simple cycle? I am thinking that just AG guys Nolvadex is more than enough?

LMFAO. IMO 300mg a week is nothing that MO. Take it up to like 750 or 800mg. 300MG that will get you some wood at least. LOL

Oldfella does know what he is talking about. I just say 750-800 if ur looking for some good strength

Bro, you tryin' to get this guy killed? He's 21, with only one previous cycle..750-800 mg EW? Maybe 400-500. He doesn't even know how his body will react to it, since he's never used this particular chem before.

At 21, with only one cycle down, you'll be good at 450-500 a week, IMHO. I'll let some of the more experienced members chime in for a confirm/deny. I say just get you a lower/mid dose medium length cycle, and nail your PCT. You're way too young to be taking chances.

500 is more than enough! Your body can only use so much test before it gets converted, Ive done crazy high doses before but all its done is made me aggressive and gave me itchy tits.

300 is enough as well especialy if its a long cycle, you will be well above the normal range which is what you need to build muscle, hust keep your protein very high and keep it consistant:)

I think that is an excellent point about the body only being able to process so much at a time. I know a guy who lives in a country where it's legal for personal use and he has gotten a lean bloat-free 15lb. gain in about a month and a half from one amp (250mg) of iranian test e every 7 days(his first cycle). He says that he experienced no negative side effects such as gyno either, but unfortunatley has completely exhausted his poor girlfriend.;) Less isn't always more, but in terms of gains vs. side effects I think lower dose cycles are the sh*t for guys with less experience that are just starting out. :st:r-wars
 
while I don't post much I have read a few articles in MD which suggest 300 a week will give good gains with few sides. Not to mention you won't pop positive in accordance with IOC standards. This is what I am planning for my next cycle. 300 once a week.
 
A friend of mine did 250mg test e. for 6 weeks and gained 16 pounds for his first cycle. Then lost 4, he's happy...
 
I have used 500 a week and was fine and i gained some good muscle and the boys were ok i didnt need pct at all.Take it easy you have time go slow and steady.Hypothetically i am useing only 300 test and 250 dec now and i am growung like a weed.But my diet is almost spot on and i am training like a beast.Dont forget those things they are just as important.
 
300mg is fine as a second cycle. If you follow Old felas advice re sodium your water weight will be minimal. Then next cycle do 500mg (have some anti e bits ready). NO need to do anything heavier the gains will be bigger if you do but so will the crash.
 
At 300 p/wk just have some nolva on hand as a precaution, but i don't think you will have any troubles. Everyone is different and it is better to start low as you can always increase, but jam up a big dose from day one and this shit is going to take some time to die down if it causes probs. If it was prop then you'd be looking at 100mg/eod so you'd be in the 400mg/wk range but prop is fast and if it cuases probs you can rest assured that after two weeks it's done all it's going to do. Cyp and enanth will hang around for much longer!

Killed RLMAO. I am sorry AB I did not notice your age. My bad I think 500 would be great. But yeah u may gain weight but it will be over a longer period from MY EXP is was over a longer eriod when u tend to go lower mgs. Yes he may have only one cycle but he has done 500mg b4 so I do not think there is or was a problem. I also u have used this type of particular chem b4 so u should do well. I am sorry but I have to look at it from your POV and see where you r coming from.
Yes, off of 300mgs a week your libido will def increase so no worries there. As far as weight yeah I know it make suck watching someone do more weight than you but it does not always mean they r bigger. Keep ur diet in check and keep protein high.

Wolf, so do u think 1g a week is way to much? I know the body can only convert so much but then is there a reason why alot of peeps do way over that? Just curious.
 
1g pw is ok if your on a strict cutting diet (zero carbs) and your not taking any other gear and plus you have to be a long time aas user. The low carbs will make sure you dont get bloated and the high test will keep you anabolic when your in a catabolic enviroment.

But to grow, and to grow clean you dont need that much test, just up your carbs and protein and watch yourself grow.
 
In the past I've used it on the high end, 1g or more p/wk. I always end up coming back down below this and get better results. my genetics are nothing special but i have always obtained better results with lower doses. I feel better in general. usually 500mg test is more than enough.
