what to take for injury-prevention instead of deca?

I'm taking deca to prevent injuries cause it has a good effect on joints and tendons, but of course it not a good compound if you want to compete.
What can I take instead of deca ? What do you guys who compete take?
 
I do notice the leaner I get the more I get injured....

I have been using Omega Fish Oils, glucosamine, chondroitin, BCAA's daily and it seems to help my joints a bit...

Also recently on super heavy lifts I have began using Inzer sleeves, knee wraps and wrist wraps...Never used to believe in them, but I have had one too many knee and wrist and elbow issues and the Inzer 3 velcro sleeves have been amazing.

Deca will not prevent injuries.

Dynamic warmups, corrective exercises and stretching do.

this is definately the best combination for joint and tendon injuries. Run with omega-3 and 6's. I would also look into tren for pre contest.
