No high doses. If you want speed and agility you want to train harder not use compounds to get there. If you take too many you gain weight and get slower. If you take some and don't train hard it's a waste. Take a low dose test, anavar/Winstrol/halo/tbol and train your ass off.
When I was 170 naturally at 5% BF athlete I could run from point A to point B pretty quick, do 50 pullups straight, and a 43 second 100 yard swimmer. Now that I weigh 210 everything I do is slow and hurts 10 times more haha
What's the reason you want to be faster and more agile?
I knew it relied more on training than gear but i thought there were some that helped with speed and agility more than others due to combination of gear and training.
I was curious. Wanted to know in case i decided to try and walk on my college baseball team.
Just remember keep the doses light, top athletes in sports apart from powerlifting/bodybuilding keep their test at TRT doses and other compounds around 200mg or less a week, with one oral added in usually tbol/var/winny/or halo. Halo is probably the best but its the harshest and most expensive for power and strength.
