For strictly OTC: 50 mg generic benadryl. 1g phenibut powder (cheap bulk from smart powders). Melatonin added for good measure. This is a stack I use.

I have other rx goodies I've ordered but this is an otc option.

Benadryl was fine when I was cutting on vermo's clen. Could not fall asleep othewise.

How much are you taking? Have you considered taking less tren?

Might be something to consider if you cant sleep at all. Using medication might lead to other problems down the road (not being able to sleep without the medication for one).

I recently found kava kava. It's the only non narcotic that has helped me fall asleep fast and, more importantly, stay asleep throughout the night.

I agree....kratom is a lifesaver when you take tren....its the only thing I've found that works that is natural.

Wish I could find something that actually worked that didn't leave me groggy the following day.

I use melatonin and zzzquil. Those work fine for me and doesn't leave me drowsy. But I've heard for some it does.

A lot of you rocket scientists quoting things like unisom and nyquil don't read ingredients apparently. The active in unisom is the same drug in benadryl. And the same in nyquil (although they have a few formulas between liquid and gel caps and some use other antihistamines).

Generic benadryl is likely the cheapest and most effective otc sleep aid. Don't pay more for the name unisom.

Actually it depends on which version of unisom you purchase. One version is diphenhydrmine (same as benadryl) the other version is doxylamine succinate ,which is a MUCH stronger antihistamine.

Correct. The same goes with nyquil variations. Those two ingredients make up pretty much the majority of otc products that help promote sleep.
