Three weeks ago I was doing incline db curls and I heard a pop. It didn't hurt at all but I lost all of my strength (could not curl). No throbbing pain when I am relaxing, but if I try to curl anything over 20 pounds with that arm I feel a pain in my bicep/forearm. It hasn't had any impact on any of my other workouts besides wide grip pull-ups. I can do hammer curls with medium weight but any curl that has my palm facing up hurts and I have no strength. Anyone have experience with something like this? No deformity or anything to my arm.
