what types of simple carbs after workout
Im trying to stay lean and after my workout i have been using 50 mg of whey protein and a sweet potato......well that potato seems wrong.....will dextrose powder add fat? any other suggestions? thanks
what type of workout did you do, high volume, low volume, hiit, how many work sets,, how much do you weigh whats your height how much bf% then we can better answer your question until then its a crap shoot
