What was the cycle that changed your physique the most?

Honestly they’ve all been highly disappointing

Considering the massive fuss people make about the insane gains you get from steroids I’m yet to see it for myself

Do they work? Obviously

Are they over hyped? MASSIVELY


Diet and consistency absolutely shits all over any cycle

Im surprised hearing this from you considering the great progress you have made in such a short time. I wish i responded anywhere close to that lol.

But why?

I had never followed a diet
I had never trained like a bodybuilder
I never had any real consistency with any of it prior

I had used steroids prior albeit not consistently or any real structure or high dosages

My progress rocketed when I started following a diet and had consistency in all areas.

My steroid dosages weren’t high but then when I did go high I didn’t unlock a new level of progress in fact I didn’t notice anything more from it

Last year I did about 6 months on pretty much no gear and whilst my progress was pretty minimal during this period
When I added gear back in it wasn’t night and day difference

Everyone wants steroids etc to be the answer cause it’s easy but I know
Pleeeenty of guys who take gear and train and don’t look like they’ve ever been in a gym but then I know bang average natty genetic guys who take it seriously and look incredible

Just my own personal findings

I’m not saying they don’t work or that they don’t work really well and for some elite responders yes they’re magic

But for ME and maaaaany guys I see compared to the massive lure of them they’re really not all magical

Eeeh I think they are pretty magical. They allow you to be bigger than 99.99999 percent of all naturals on earth could ever be as an average genetic guy.

I mean it’s not like a guy that sucks at soccer can take a pill and surpass almost all of his natural peers
 
What was the cycle that changed your physique the most?

Interested to hear.
When I started eating, training and resting like a bodybuilder.... Consistency was the key.
The more complex was the cycle the worst was the outcome.
Now I just stick to Test long ester + EQ (can't source good PRIMO) + no orals.

If I have to say which PED changed me most was: HGH.
Nothing gave me that "3d" look despite a tad of water retention here and there.
