Im surprised hearing this from you considering the great progress you have made in such a short time. I wish i responded anywhere close to that lol.
But why?
I had never followed a diet
I had never trained like a bodybuilder
I never had any real consistency with any of it prior
I had used steroids prior albeit not consistently or any real structure or high dosages
My progress rocketed when I started following a diet and had consistency in all areas.
My steroid dosages weren’t high but then when I did go high I didn’t unlock a new level of progress in fact I didn’t notice anything more from it
Last year I did about 6 months on pretty much no gear and whilst my progress was pretty minimal during this period
When I added gear back in it wasn’t night and day difference
Everyone wants steroids etc to be the answer cause it’s easy but I know
Pleeeenty of guys who take gear and train and don’t look like they’ve ever been in a gym but then I know bang average natty genetic guys who take it seriously and look incredible
Just my own personal findings
I’m not saying they don’t work or that they don’t work really well and for some elite responders yes they’re magic
But for ME and maaaaany guys I see compared to the massive lure of them they’re really not all magical
