looking back i had been really over trained and i ate and supplemented like crazy where as my training partner didnt. some placebo im sure.

Injectable Dbol, back in the mid-eighties, I was 23. I can't remember how many mg per day (the memory starts going at my age....).

I went from 160 lbs to 185 in just a few months, took me damn near another 8 months to hit 200. After dbol it was Deca then on to EQ. I didn't touch test or stack compounds until the 90's.
