Last time I tried it I definitely took to much. I did 1mg and then 30 minutes later another 1mg. Tonight before bed I will try 1/2-1mg and see how that works.

1mg is plenty. I don't notice more results just more flushing and nausea. Wake up ready .

I tried some PT141 last night right before bed, a little less than 1mg and it didn't go well. I had a hard time sleeping because my stomach was doing flips all night and I woke up this morning with my stomach still in knots.The sides are too much for me to enjoy the benefits. We will see how the next 24hrs go. This may be my final run with this stuff.

Most I do with either MTII or PT141 is .15 units and get good results and just a little flushing and nausea.
1ML seems to be way to much to me but that's just my opinion.

Something I'd like to add is things I know to avoid that can be counter productive to good erections.
Any type of stimulant. Adderall, DMHA, DMAA etc..Alot of pre workouts are loaded with these exotic stims, try avoiding those especially on days you think you may have intercourse.

Although Adderall can also be pro-sexual by boosting Dopamine, it's always still a vasoconstrictor and you're going to notice that in the erection department.

Abstract

One of the major causes of erectile dysfunction (ED) is an endothelial vascular disorder. This meta-analysis is performed to determine the efficacy of aspirin on erectile function in men with vasculogenic ED. For this purpose, CENTRAL, MEDLINE, and reference lists of articles up to November 2019 were searched. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were selected that compared aspirin with placebo in men of any ethnicity with vasculogenic ED. A total of 58 trials were retrieved. Finally, two trials of 214 men fulfilled our selection criteria. High selection and detection bias were identified for one trial. The participants showed a significant improvement in erectile function when they took aspirin (mean difference: 5.14, 95% CI [3.89, 6.40], and I2 = 0%). Although the present meta-analysis suggested that aspirin has a significant effect on the improvement of erectile function, there were limited RCTs available on this topic and doses of aspirin varied. Additional studies are needed to support findings from this meta-analysis. Aspirin needs to be considered by practitioners when prescribing drugs for vasculogenic ED.

But after the study you linked above they came out with this—A 2011 study speculated that if inflammation causes ED, then aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen could prevent ED. The study concluded that anti-inflammatory drugs seemed to cause ED. The study also reported that those who use aspirin and NSAIDs are 20 percent more likely to have ED.Sep 17, 2019.

Clenbuterol or caffeine never affected my erection. In fact, caffeine seems to help a bit if I don’t overdo it. But I tried ephedrine once and it made my penis soft. I got off of that garbage in short order.

This is my 3rd treatment and I’m almost back to normal function.

I was using Trimix and started developing scar tissue. I was injecting way to often.

It’s a laser and they place it in certain spots under your scrotum on the sides of your scrotum and then the shaft of your penis. They say it regenerates cells and new blood vessels. But I’m telling you this it broke up all the scar tissue I had.

I like 12hrs just to be safe.
But sometimes 4h is more than enough time.

Of late 10g of citrulene malate spread throughout the day(daily) has proven quite effective.
