Hey im steve, 5,9 and 170 pounds. a few years ago i weighed 193 but i never worked out, i just sat around and became unfit and really depressed.
i lost some of my weight in high school but i didnt start going to the gym till i reached college.
for the past 9 months i have been serious about my fitness and have been running and weight training everyday. im losing most of my fat but i want to gain more muscle and get cut, i dont want to get HUGE but i want it to show.
what would be good for me? im not sure if i would do injections, but what is the the next best thing?
