What would long term use of Letro do?

My training partner is alot younger than I he is 25 and i'm 32 i don't and really have never used an AI no matter what cylce i'm on. He started Just a test cycle 2yrs ago 300mg a week for 16 weeks and said he had to take letro I didn't see bloat nor any other signs of Estro guys would normally have. Then he did a Test Prop 300mg a week and Tren 225mg a wk for 10weeks and said his nipples itched and he bloated so he did letro. My point is he stays lean and has put on some 3-5 pounds of Lean muscle but HE COMPLAINS HE NEVER GAINS WEIGHT ON THESE CYCLES LIKE HE SHOULD. I tell him maybe try to go off Letro. He said I have to take it i get Gyno bad. I lift with him 5days a week I think it's in his head. He started at 218 15% BF about 2yrs ago he is on a Test 450 DECA 400 wk cyxcle right now and he is 224.

SO he has Been on Letro everyday for two years!!!!

Depends on how much letro and on his system, but I'd think his cholesterol has got to be in the trash. Which is not good in itself, but Cholesterol is also key to the synthesis of a bunch of other GOOD hormones, so it's not gonna helps his gains or health, long term. He could find a happy median with, say, Aromasin?

For me...2 years of letro would make my Penis very very sad. That shit does a Bo Jackson vs Brain Boswell thing on my libido. Not good.

So he started at 218 at 15%bf, and now he is 224. 224 at what? 10-12% bodyfat?

Ehren is right. His HDL is probably really low. I was using letro, but admittedly was also on 100mg of AD50, and my HDL was at 6. This scared me so I cleaned out for a few months and used red yeast rice and niacin in attempts to boost my good lipids. 3 months after the inital blood work my HDL was up to 43. So, yes...letro is not gentle on HDL levels.

HDL and Cholesterol are totally different animals. While it is true that cholesterol is the building block of hormones and many other things (including lipoproteins), having a low HDL would have little correlation to having a low cholesterol.

To the OP, your "training partner" is probably taking too much letro, the amount needed on doses that low is incredibly small, probably .5mg E3D, I'm guessing he's using a lot more than that. And when there is no longer exo test in his system, he must reduce the letro dose even more, and preferably get off it also.
