Start earlier and take more
^^^i started @23 .....so i think that's soon enough
→but the "take more" part ..YES!!
.....i left A LOT of "potential" on the table by refusing to increase doses early on
-food was there at the time ..my diet just became more & more refined over the years
-training was there ..hard training ..started @14 with weights ..just team-sports prior
-
THE GEAR!! ..i was very conservative in the beginning
..i made great gains bc everything else was in line
..but i could only get to a certain weight/size .....when i added more food
here, it just made me fatter ..& i could not train any more hard/consistently
↑the missing link was the gear .....hate-to-break-it to all the TRT'ers
+ ..this is my honest opinion
^^^when i increased the gear ..my world changed ..my physique grew beyond anything prior ..& not by a lil
^^^i increased the gear again .....& i grew even more
↑yes the food does gradually increase as you grow ..it has to, to keep progressing/growing
▲▲▲i'm not suggesting to anyone "let the gear do the work"
..that DOES NOT work either ..you just make a mess (..this is worse than the above scenario, IMO)
►BUT what i am putting forth is this;
-if health/insulin sensitivity is good
-if BF is low enough ..10%+/- (..gear performs better ..& produces more ..with low BF%)
-if food & diet is adequate
-if training is intense ..& adequate ..& consistent
..AND YOU HAVE STALLED in growth/progress
↑then yeah ..IMHO .....the culprit is
probably your total AAS dose
