What would you change if you could go back in time regarding your PED usage?

What are things that you would change, in regards to your personal PED, usage if you could go back in time?

Stuff like not using certain compounds maybe, or using certain stuff earlier like GH for example etc etc.
 
I would only take estrogen tablets👌
 
I wouldn't have used high doses. As I have gotten older I realize there was no need for them. Really focus on diet and training and not depend on the aas.

what if you did both?
 
I would have not used such low doses to start with.

And maybe just did HRT instead of all that PCT nonsense 😂
 
When I think about where I went overboard, It's with training. That definitely hurt me more than anything else. The human body, enhanced or not, is only going to recover so fast.
 
Less oral use in the beginning, just titrate up test for the first cycles, titrate doses up during cycles instead of starting and staying at a certain milligram, leverage GH earlier, have more periods of lower milligram usage.
 
Strangely, I would have taken more. I was so conservative with my doses. I'm talking 300 test and 200 mast, 400eq only cycles, etc. etc. I rarely took over 500mgs of total mgs. I had really poor diet adherence when competing and honestly barely used drugs.
 
would have waited to start using tren, not my 3rd cycle.
would have focused more on the right foods.
would have grown leaner instead of force feeding. i believed the "just eat a ton and worry about the fat loss later" "you wouldnt cut down a small tree for lumber would you? gotta get that tree big then cut it down"
slapped myself until i have the discipline i have today.
 
Wayyyyy less focus on drugs and supplements, way more focus on diet and training. Cut dosages by a third. Better results, better health.
how crazy did you go in the beginning? Your doses seem fairly mild now
 
Start wayyyyy earlier, but still moderate, minimum effective dose approach. Focus on my nutrition , lifestyle and training a thousand times harder, seems like that’s 99% of it all.

^^^i started @23 .....so i think that's soon enough

but the "take more" part ..YES!!
.....i left A LOT of "potential" on the table by refusing to increase doses early on


-food was there at the time ..my diet just became more & more refined over the years

-training was there ..hard training ..started @14 with weights ..just team-sports prior

-THE GEAR!! ..i was very conservative in the beginning
..i made great gains bc everything else was in line
..but i could only get to a certain weight/size .....when i added more food here, it just made me fatter ..& i could not train any more hard/consistently
the missing link was the gear .....hate-to-break-it to all the TRT'ers+ ..this is my honest opinion

^^^when i increased the gear ..my world changed ..my physique grew beyond anything prior ..& not by a lil

^^^i increased the gear again .....& i grew even more

yes the food does gradually increase as you grow ..it has to, to keep progressing/growing

▲▲▲i'm not suggesting to anyone "let the gear do the work"
..that DOES NOT work either ..you just make a mess (..this is worse than the above scenario, IMO)

►BUT what i am putting forth is this;
-if health/insulin sensitivity is good
-if BF is low enough ..10%+/- (..gear performs better ..& produces more ..with low BF%)
-if food & diet is adequate
-if training is intense ..& adequate ..& consistent

..AND YOU HAVE STALLED in growth/progress
then yeah ..IMHO .....the culprit is probably your total AAS dose

Higher test. I remember being on EF and guys acting like a gram of test was insane… and I would have hired a coach…
 
Diet knowledge for sure. #1. Could have done much more with it.

I was very conservative with drugs. I'd have taken more for longer.

I would have used more test in my cycles with less desire for anabolics (though I did and still do respond well to them)

- these are things I could control. This was the early 1990s so very poor availability at that time and expensive. Hard to get your own bloodwork (pretty much you wanted to be clean for your Dr so he didn't freak) and knowledge level back then was poor even with the published sources versus today.
 
Probably start with a lower doses and not go as high as i did. And eat a few more carbs.
