What would you guess this body fat percentage is??

Not is he super lean....dude is muscular and thick....by my standards

He competed in classic and it was a chore to squeeze him into the 197 weight class which he had to stand extra tall to make 5' 91/2"

He was 211 in the pics with the red shirt.

The other guy is a monster , the picture doesn't do him justice.

Before tan and after tan at 213lbs (need to be a little leaner)
This was the same show when was a warm up for a national qualifing show 2 weeks later
His job fucked him up with not being able to do the qualifing show so the plan is to are another 10-12 pounds and do a qualifier next near a few week before Jr USA.

How much cardio did you have him doing for prep?

Also, what kind of cardio? LISS (STAIRMILL)?

Whoever said 12-16% is out of their mind!!! This is around 8%
