What would your ideal health only diet look like?

What? Lol

Fruit is healthy.

Think about this.

The body cannot synthesize Vitamin C. People develop scurvy later in their old age because they didnt eat enough foods with Vitamin C.

The only 2 vitamins the body cant store is vitamin B's Vitamin C. Need to eat daily.

Pinneapple...
Orange
Grapefruit
Mangoes
Berries

Veggies.

No one needs tons of fruit. 2-3 pieces a day, is enough. I'd rather have tons of vegetables.

Vitamins are also in animal products, and you can always take a multivitamin. It seems stupid to want to eat tons of fruit (and fructose) to get vitamin C.

For decades I always though I needed 1.5g protein per lean body weight. I'm usually a fairly lean 240 so 300 was my #. For decades it would always be 300g protein. Probably 150g from meats,cheese,nuts,etc...and the other 150 from whey isolate. As I've gotten older I've noticed I'm probably getting 150-200g protein per day now and don't notice that much of a change. However i do train much less intense. Also as I've aged I noticed I can't train more than 3 days in a row. 10 years ago I could blast 6 days super heavy but now it's like mon/tues and I'm beat. Take Wednesday off hit Thursday and Friday and then I'm drained all weekend. If I train 4 days in a row for more than 2 weeks I'll get a cold or virus almost gauranteeed. And 5 days in a row pshhh there goes a weekend with the flu.
