Whatever happened to: this could get interesting

This could get interesting and fun. If you have any recent pics or information about some of the great ones from the past, post em up.It doesn't necessarily have to be strictly bodybuilding but should be related like powerlifting or olympic lifting. So I 'd love to hear recent stories about guys like Larry Scott, Rick wayne, Sergio oliva and other names from the past in bodybuilding. Larry Pacifico, Doug Young, etc. from powerlifting and even Vasily Alexeev and some past olympic champions. I am interested in thier state of health, current training if applicable, and recent photos. If you know something....pass it on , should be fun. Thanks.

I met Chris Dickerson about a month ago at the Tampa Bay Classic. he's 64 years old now and looks phenominal. He advised he had some serious knee problems and had to have surgery, so he was out for awhile but is back now. He will be at the Tamp Pro in two weeks as well.

not surprised to hear he is still in shape. wonder how our knees will be in the future.

I used to lift at Larry Pacifico's gym about 15 years ago or so. Back then he looked healthy enough considering he had quadruple bypass surgery. He is a very friendly guy. A few years back his son that was in High School was became a very good powerlifter for his age.
Last saw John Parillo about 7 years ago. He was healthy, but then had some sort of problem with his leg. I think he had hip replacement surgery and the bone became infected. He had to go back in for more surgery. Something to that effect.
