I remember he tore up his quads and made somewhat of a comeback? Always enjoyed his colorful character. Anyone know what he's up to nowadays?

He's all over social media outlets. I followed him for a while, until he made a completely ignorant and predjudice statement/post that I had to call him on. Can't support someone like him, as much as his physique is impressive and his lisp is funny to laugh at/with.

Don't follow him anymore .He was supported and sponsored by Nutrex in his worst days while companies drops athletes left right and centre. Granted Nutrex got sales from his social media following but still they made him big on social media as a starter with their underground range.

I saw he put a pic on IG of Nutrex preworkout which he supposedly used for all these years and endorsed and he put it in his rubbish bin in kitchen and said something along the lines '' this is rubbish old crap forget this guy's, here u go take my own line now. etc etc''

I wouldn't not spend £1 in his supplement cos if that's the loyalty and gratitude he has for his provider who gave him his daily bread and butter for years what the hell he is going to have in store for me as a follower /customer ?

Idiot could have been diplomatic about it. it's like just promote your line say something like nutrex was great but mine is better and here is why xyz. he didn't need to stoop so low to sell his shit putting his previously endorsed nutrex supps in the rubbish bin. it's like u told us all to take that and now u got your own line so this becomes rubbish. Why did u endorse something u did not believe in the first place .

I actually do not disagree with a lot of your sentiments but if something like that is your litmus test I when to follow or support someone on this business I'm not sure how you could support anyone. On the grand scheme of the shit that goes on that is pretty benign.

Lot of people switch sponsors I agree , start their company etc and they say 'hey I have come up with something better here please look at this', that's a diff case imo better constructive marketing which should encourage people to try your new product . I have not seen people defaming their old sponsors product this badly not to my knowledge, to put it in the bin and call it rubbish . don't need to do that. that's my point . totally unnecessary. Rise above. Talk shop in a positive manner. followers & their business will follow automatically .

In fact the ONLY nutrex supplements I have ever used were NOT endorsed by ZK, no relation to his IG post lol . outlift their new pre which came out last year or so had solid doses of great ingredients so I used that and I have bought their liquid carnitine and caffeine pills as they use to have them on a bundle good offers on bb.com UK store. Never tried anything else from them ever.


I scrutinise the label and ingredients and research loads, read legit reviews and then I make a informed decision and try a product if I like it I keep it if I don't discard it. simple.

I gotcha man I'm with you on all that. The whole industry is so ahitty and corrupt hell you could probably link many of the athletes to recreational drug dostribution, kid porn, selling fake gear or prostitution.

I think we get lucky around here because we get a glimpse of the "good guys" like Shelby, JM, Lenny etc

Dev that shows a lot about his character. As you stated going from sponsor to sponsor is fine and understandable. But doing that shows a lot about him. It would be different if he wasn't promoting the stuff when he was sponsored but he was raving about all of their products. Just plain bullshitting. They stuck with him through his injuries too and done a lot for him so even worst.

As I mentioned in the past I was a fan and enjoyed his videos but he does sound like a tool on social media. Plus he is always going on about respecting women etc etc. I have mentioned the story before about him training my ex. She said he was nice and didn't anything on etc. Then when she got back over the following few weeks he would message her getting more forward and then asked her out etc. She said she wasn't interested and just wanted to get trained that one time and he started insulting her. But I mean really rude and immature insults saying she was ugly and going on about anal sex. Plus how she would have to give out if she wanted to go far in the fitness industry etc etc. I lost a lot of respect for him after that.

I'll just put this out there, and I have said this many times before. Nutrex would have been absolutely a big fat zero without ZKK in their ads during the Underground period. His image single handedly kept that company afloat after they dropped Dennis Wolf.

None of us really know what went on with his release from the company. Until we have all of these details, we can't really speculate. I am sure, at this point in his life he has done some "growing up", and would probably agree that what he did with the trash can incident was in bad taste.

He's still amusing. A lot of bodybuilders lack his charisma.
