Are these Whatman syringe filters sealed and PVDF membrane?

Whatman part number 6874-2504

GD/X 25mm filter for filtering up to 100ml at a time

PTFE membrane with 1.0 um GMF (glass media) prefilter to help prevent clogging



note:

these are not considered sterile by USP standards and are not individually sealed. But we guarantee them to be cleaner than anything else in your aromatherapy lab (cough, cough.. "kitchen" cough )

All filters were factory direct to us and still sealed in the original shrinkwrap

Hypothetically speaking... if we were working at a licensed and regulated lab these would be perfect for injection purposes as they are considered a "pre filter". You would follow use of this filter with the use of a individually sealed and sterile .20um filter to meet United States Pharmacopea standards
