What's best for Tren puffy nips?

Ive been doing Prami at .25mg every night before bed and it reduced it alot but has not got rid of it to where it was prior to my cycle.

Should I go higher mg?
Should I take it ED or EOD?

Thinking about adding in some Letro but it kills my sex drive/desire.

What would be an alternative, arommasin?

Now, one thing you haven't mentioned... or something I didn't notice... is what other steroids are you running with the Tren?

As you should know, Tren cannot convert to estrogen, so a strong AI shouldn't help directly with Tren. However, if you're taking Test, EQ, Dbol, etc... any of those would require an AI,

As far as an AI, you should probably go with Aromasin.


Landmonster's Suggestion:
For prolactin control: Take the Prami at 0.4mg or 0.5mg. Take it daily before bed. Run througout the cycle.
For Aromatase control: Take Aromasin starting at 12.5mg daily, with a fatty meal. Run throughout the cycle.
For puffy nips: Add in Nolvadex at 10 or 20mg daily, and discontinue when possible.

I would agree with this. If you want it gone, I would do:

Nolva:
Week 1: 60mg/day
Week 2: 40mg/day
Week 3: 20mg/day
Week 4 and beyond: 5-10mg if needed

B6: 600mg/day until week 4, then drop to 200-300mg/day

I'm using prescription arimidex but nipples still feel sore. I thought arimidex was suppose to block estrogen at the source before it becomes a problem.

With tren progesterone is usually the culprit. Dose caber at 1/2 tab 2xweek.

Trying caber and doesn't seem to do much of anything. Tried prami and the same thing. I have GOT to get these puffy nips under control before summer. Any suggestions?

Have you gotten a blood test recently? I skimmed over the thread but didn't see anything about it. I might have missed it. I would start there. Your caber my not be caber btw. I have had garbage from a few places. A dopamine agonist may help.

If your caber isn't working then I would imagine its fake caber. Everyone is different, but the pharma caber I get from a sponsor on here literally works overnight.

Instead of all the guessing, have you had your estrogen and prolactin checked?

I'm willing to bet it's more so due to elevated e2 that isn't under control causing you to have further issues.
