I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be close to the same size but do any of you have one bigger than the other?
 
My calves are 2 inches bigger than my arms, my calves have always been on the large size though.
 
My calves are bigger by 2", they are 17.5"
 
mine are both just over 18' left calf little smaller due to neuopathy in that leg.

My goal is to have them both at 19'.
 
Only a 1" difference. :confused:

Calves 19.25"
Arms 20.25"

Shoot, guess I need to hit arms a bit harder! :D

According to the Greeks, the true aesthetics, the calves, upper arms and neck should be the same....perfect mesomorph. A great ideal to work toward.

My calves are 16.5 and my biceps are 17.25. Neck is 17.

Calves 20"

Arms are hard for me, I train calves maybe 5 light sets a week as it seems they just grow from walking lol
 
hmmmm... that sounds like good symmetry for me to shoot for.... i like a challenge.
 
Calves and bi's are equal. My neck (unflexed) has an inch on both.

I saw on here a Greek calculator about a month ago, based on my wrist my calves, arms, and neck should be 16.4, 17.3, 17.8 respectively.

Is there another calculator or chart out there that's better in your opinion?
 
i wish my calves would grow!!! lol I blast them as much as I can and they just seem to get leaner but not bigger and thicker....maybe I should do more bike work?

Train them often and hard!... i would really go for good sets of full range of motion reps with short rest between your sets... you have to really fry them to over come this genetic obstacle..
 
mine were equal for a long time and then i started to neglect them(calves) and they have fallen behind my arms by an quarter to half an inch
 
From all the sled driving and running uphill I've done for football my calves have always been larger than my arms. I actually hardly work them out in the gym anymore in favor of the functional training outside of it.
