Whats considered optimal test:E2 ratio?

Just got blood results back. Been on 500mg for 8 weeks now and pulled 2415 total T and 146 Estradiol. That puts me at about 16:1. No anti E, but feel fine. Holding some water but expected.

I'm curious about this. I don't think I've seen anyone claim that there is an optimal ratio, most of the talk I've seen has just been bringing up the point that we shouldn't care if E rises per se and that its ok to let it rise in concert with Test.

Man it's crazy how high your guys test values get off 500-600mg . I get half of what most people see.

I think it's not so much the ratio but just the estrogen range and sides. I think for your case 146 is getting up there. I would keep it close to 100 with that test level just my opinion. If you feel great..ex joints, libido, fat gain, bloat then u should keep things as is

I thought the androgen to estrogen calculation ratio was counted in pgml for estrogen not pmmol . Putting you at 39pgml which is then nearly a 62 to 1 ratio

This will fall into the category where everyone will have a different answer. The easiest way to look at it is if you feel fine (meaning libido good, no achey joints, no sluggish feeling) with an estrogen level of 146 then don’t worry about it.

Now for experiments sake you could always add in a low dose of Adex or whatever AI you prefer. Then recheck your levels after a few weeks. You may feel the best at say 100 or 125, etc. But me personally I’d leave it alone, but others like to play around to find their sweet spot.

I don’t know what my ratio is..but I started taking cialis again a couple of weeks ago and haven’t needed an ai since I’ve started..no water retention anymore..I’m a low dose trt guy though

I had some water retention and nothing else. Next thing you know full-blown panic attacks and phobias. Estrogen was over 200.

One day I was fine, the next living a nightmare for five weeks.

I don't know the ratios either but I would think most would want to keep E2 under 100.
I have no issues walking around with E2 in the 70s when I do higher doses.
