I'm following the lean gains diet, eat 3 meals during an 8 hour period, thats your feeding window. During the rest of the time you fast. Always use your post workout meal as your big meal. I usually eat 2x800 kcal meals, and my post workout(either mean 2 or 3) is 1400 kcals, very satisfying. I've lost a ton of body fat in 6 weeks, but I am also running 400 mg DNP every day as well. Was 200, dropped to 180, back to 194 due to gear.
