What's for Breakfast?

Egg white pancakes with a rice cake or two in the blender, fruit of choice that day and sprinkle some chia seeds on it while cooking it and top it of with either sugar preserves or fresh fruit.
 
Never have enough time for full breakfast,
I have 50 grams of iso whey plus 40 grams of instant oats mixed with almond milk

Got big balls hanging down low.

Can you describe these "big oats" to me? I am picturing corn flake sized cuts of oat lol.

Same here, makes staying lean a breeze. I don't eat until noon. Just gh, fasting, sometimes cardio and sometimes fat burners.

In growth phases, I'll add in a protien dominant morning meal only to push me into a small 500-600 calorie surplus. Done gaining 20lbs during a bulk and too much of it being fat.

For most people, eating a bunch of carbs and fructose upon rising year round isn't going to do much positive for your body comp unless you're just chasing meaningless scale weight.

9 oz Cod with 28 grams Macadamia nuts…..also 2 cups of coffee and I add one serving of hydrolyzed collagen to my second cup of coffee.
 
Eggs with red bell peppers, cooked in coconut oil. Would trade abs for pancakes though. Absolutely love brunch... just not on the menu at the moment
 
4-6ozs sirloin
2-3 whole eggs
Either oatmeal, cream of brown rice or whole wheat toast.. depends on my mood
 
Today it was 1 and a half cups of egg whites with hot sauce, one leftover lean beef enchilada (home-made!), 1 pear and 1 peach plus cup of black coffee. I'm still hungry so might have a DKB piece of toast with natty peanut butter.
