Breakfast being one of the 2 "magic windows" to eat for bodybuilding, what do you meatheads have for breakfast on workout and non workout days as food and supplements and gear?

Everyday for years, one can of tuna with 1 cup of raw quick oats in water.

Big mouthful of tuna, big sip of oatmeal, a few chews, swallow, and repeat until gone.
 
10 egg whites
1 scoop iso whey
80g oats
50-100g strawberries
1 english muffin
 
One Greek yogurt, a banana and a huge heaping table spoon of Natty peanut butter. Daily.
 
Workout days: Quest bar + 2 english muffins with pb + jam + sea salt

Non-workout days: 5 whole eggs, turkey sausage patty, 1 bag of broccoli

**I hit my first set 45 mins or so after breakfast on w/o days, hence the fast digesting carb source. The fiber from the quest bar keeps my blood sugar stable (I used to be a rep so I still have like 80+ bars to go through lol.)

Non-workout days are much higher fat and lower carb. I carb backload on these days.

Supps: Multi, fish oil, citrus bergamot, beet root, reservatrol, vitamin c, krill oil.
 
Small carton egg whites, I just drink it. Then whatever McDonalds breakfast combo I want plus an egg mcmuffin. I workout at 5am, I need those early calories. That's post workout. I might have peanut butter prior to training, but not usually, I'm not hungry.
 
I use my GH in the morning so I usually skip it to squeeze out some more fat loss, am I doing it wrong?
 
6 whole eggs , 1 cup egg whites scrambled
Topped with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and about a cup of fresh salsa
 
1/2 flank steak,6 whole eggs,small bowl oatmeal,milk,coffee
 
Depends

Training days:
3-3.5 cups white rice
1 banana
50 grams from whey isolate
Black coffee

Non-training days:
7 whole eggs
Milk
Black coffee

Same thing most morning... 1 scoop of a caseine , egg whey blend into 12 oz of skim milk... Add in a cup of oats.. Add in a table spoon natural peanut butter... Mix it up... Gulp it down... I take curcumin, DIM, multi vitamin, baby aspirin with it..
 
Every day. 16oz liquid egg whites and 1 whole egg, 56gram protein. Then 1 cup of oatmeal. Been eating that for as long as I can remember. Sometimes I grade some cheddar cheese in the eggs for flavor. But that comes and goes depending on if I have any in the refrigerator. :)

I divide the following into 5 containers:

4 cups oats
1.5 cups berries
2.5 cups Greek yogurt (1/2 large container)
1/3 cups nuts
2 packs Sugar-free lemon pudding
4 scoops whey isolate

3 scoops TN cookies n cream whey isolate + 1/2c powdered oats + 8oz almond milk.

...feeling magical.
 
Depends on goals

Dieting
Rice crispys and almond milk with 70g whey isolate
Or bagel with almond butter and 70g whey isolate

Offseason
Either a shake or 2 cups of egg whites +2 organic eggs
Anything for carbs either bagels with jam or almond butter,waffles cream of rice
Don’t really care aslong as protein is met
