I was joking. Although it did look like you but I assumed it was some random guy. Why would you send Tenny a pic of you like that? I am baffled. Why didn't you just take a pic of you stood up with some shorts on? So is that why you call yourself BigMatt :p

Bodyfat % is not about being natural or not it's about diet. You can get shredded when natural you will just have to shrink down loads. One of biggest benefit sof aas is preserving muscle tissue. You don't need masteron or any steroids to get lean. You just need to know how to diet and be consistent.

By the way I would say 25%.

and for fun of this thread, that is most definitely 30% or above bodyfat, there ain't no 180lbs lean there, if this imaginary character cut right down they'd see they still had plenty to go when their whole bodyweight was 180
 
In a former life when guys like BigMatt used to beg me to just take a small look at their memorable pics, they usually also never forgot to offer me a few hundred $$$ to walk on their sloppy bodies and crush their cock till it became purple. Of course, I had to piss in their throat before leaving.

Matt I am rushing now but you need to drop the fat. Still have whole eggs just not 20 per day. Still have beef but lean cuts with minimal fat. Add in other healthy fats. But if it were me I would be having protein and carbs (sweet potatoes, rice, oats etc) around training. The rest of the day would be protein and greens and/or fat. Obviously limited fat per meal but from a good source. Lot's of dark greens and vegetables that contain minimal calories but are nutrient dense. Another thing I like to add berries that are again low in cals (blueberries, raspberries) to my salads/greens as they are packed full of anti-oxidants etc. Don't have to follow everything but the basics of lower but good fats and carbs around training with lot's of lean protein and greens and vegetables is a smart, effective and healthy path. Make changes gradually and give each change time and see how you are and adjust if needed.

How do you explain that the ifbb trainer at the gym, did a 9 Point caliper bodyfat test.He test at 9 Places on my body with caliper, Triceps,Chest,Abs,Quads... etc... And it came out at 20.1%?

After he fill out a Program on his laptop and it calculate and it give 20.1% Bodyfat?

It stated that i had 180 pounds of lean mass.

He said that if i diet down slowly too 200 pounds i would be 200 pounds at 10% bodyfat...

Matt you know I just mess about but sure that pic is bad. But your trainer like we have said in the past really doesn't seem to be on point. Forget he is an IFBB trainer. Ronnie Coleman is the greatest bodybuilder of all time and I personally wouldn't take diet advice from him. Although your bodyfat is not important it's how you look in the mirror. Who cares if someone is 10% or 13% it's just a number. That being said there is no way you will be 200 pounds at 10% he is way off.

If I had to give an exact guess I would say about 26% but it's just a guess. Obviously you hold most fat in your stomach which is common in men. Your legs and arms are much leaner. Here is a good video about bodyfat and this guy is very lean at about 15% due to his muscle. So sure without muscle you may look higher than others with more muscle but it may open some guys eyes. Many get fairly lean and think they are 6-7% and they are really about 12%.

The bodyfat number doesn't really mean much when you're holding that much. Let's just say you're in the 20's. You drop 30-40lbs and you'll be pretty damn lean.

Macro breakdown? Give yourself 1.25g of protein per lb of bodyweight, 1g carb per, and .35g fat per lb on training days.
1.25p, .5c, .5f on non training days. Keep consistent and see what happens. If you're loosing fat, stay the course. If you aren't, drop the carbs 10% on training days and fat a bit on non training days.
All diets are cookie cutter. It's how they're manipulated that ultimately makes them individualistic. Even the best of coaches are making somewhat of an educated guess when it comes to initial stages of a diet for clients. Your body tells them where to go from there.

Albeit strange and unnecessary, um, composition and lighting, I'm sorry your photo was plastered all over the forum when you were trying to get some serious help.
