Happy holidays guys, with the time off I've had the weber fired up almost non stop and I'm really interested to see what you're grilling so I can get some fresh ideas. Here's what I've done so far.......
Ribeyes
Salmon
Burgers
Brats
and each of those about 5 times over...lol
Here's a killer burger recipe:
1lb ground beef
1 whole egg
Montreal Steak Seasoning(instead of salt, lots of salt in it anyhow)
Fresh black pepper
garlic and onion powder
wersticher(sp?) sauce
bread crumbs
Put it all in a bowl, mix it by hand.
If you like cheeseburgers, add a morsel of valvetta to the center of each patty. You'll never put cheese on top again.
Now gimme some ideas, I'm going to get some more propaine.
