When I'm bulking on gh and slin that's what I do. Luckily shooting 10iu rips and 7iu humalog kills the lethargy I normally feel on carbs.

Thanks a lot Sammy! I'm currently just researching ghrp2 and mod, but I've noticed that I keep gaining weight even after further restricting my carbs. I've leaned out a little, but not much. Will keep tinkering and see what happens. Might have to replace the yogurt with something with less carbs.
 
so you notice more energy throughout the day when you don't eat ANy carbs? just straight protein and fats?
I always get real tired about 30-45min after I drink coffee with sugar in it, or any other carb, but ive never tried no carbs to increase energy.
Im on rips 3-4iu/day for the past 6months and notice I dont have a whole lot of energy like on other gh brands, so does the gh change this effect for you much?

I feel the bollocks on fat and protein. I use my carbs to knock me out at night, refill glycogen and keep me full and veiny. 10 iu rips im ready to take on the world, like taking 2 eca's without the jittery shit. I actually wanna do cardio and house work on rips. Only carbs I have in day is from nuts, eggs and red cabbage leaf but is less than 10 g. I stay real lean eating like this too. Ironicly if i dont carb up at nights I start to haul ass a bit. Took me a long time to work out what works best for me. Training fasted bar protein or on some fats is mad for me, such focus and energy. Lifting energy comes from glycogen anyway not carbs directly. Endurance work might suffer I'm not sure as i train hit.

Why don't you try it, your know straight away if it's for you or not
