Way back in the 90's i loved EAS 's creatine mono, i made me have to pee like all the time but it worked great. Just got some Synthetek creatine hope this is good as i have heard.

I've tried Dymatize and muscletech's creatine stuff none have suit me.

I've not noticed any difference between any micronized creatine regardless of price. The regular stuff makes me sick, but the micronized stuff works fine. Now I just get the cheapest stuff I can, as long as it is the very fine ground stuff.

You won't find anything finer then Synthetek's creatine, it dissolves virtually instantly when you mix it.

I like a good micronized Creapure or Kre-alkalyn . Regular creatine is loaded with stuff that always makes me piss outta my ass, even Trueprotein's.
