Whats the Best L-Glutamine out there?

I bought 8 oz of L-Glutamine powder from GNC and paid $19.99 for it. Im kind of thinking that was a little pricey.

What the best L-Glutamine out there and what kind of prices are we talking?

Your first mistake was buying it at GNC. Shop online and you can get great prices from just about anywhere. My last supp order from Nutraplanet I picked up 500 grams for 14.99, they also have 1kilo for 24.99. You can get Glutamine for 10.99 a pound from Trueprotein, lower if you get it in bulk.

How are you running the Glutamine? I take 5grams upon waking, 10 pre and 10 post workout, and 10 before bed.
