Okay guys, I'm having this issue with achieving a solid nights rest consistently. I believe it has to do with me getting heavier as I grow and my mattress no longer being sufficient to support me comfortably. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's had this problem eventually come up and I was just wondering what you guys purchased and/or if there's been studies done that show that the best mattresses or mattress topper for bodybuilders is foam or whatever.
I'm looking at a 4inch 4lb memory foam topper right now as a temporary solution until me and the lady decide to fork out the cash for true Tempur-pedic mattress. Thoughts or experience?
In advance I realize that I can take sleeping aids and probably sleep okay but that's not what I'm interested in doing. I want natural sleep as I know that I can achieve it without sleep aids.
