What's the best prescribed sleeping aid for bodybuilders from your experience?

What a gift lol you lucky son of a gun. I’d do anything to get some sleep. And I literally mean anything……
Yeah. Just to be clear I wasn't knocking anyone's inability to sleep.
I just saw myself headed down the path of needing harder and harder sleep meds
Advil PM. NyQuil. Grams of ltheanine. Etc etc.
I decided recently to put all that down and start over from scratch. Scratch is a bowl of oatmeal and some magnesium.

I had heard carbs before bed help sleep, but does oatmeal in particular work better for this purpose?

I used to just fuck myself to sleep lol but at my age after work and two testing sessions it’s becoming a legitimate heart attack waiting to happen. Hey bro my skin is thick. And not from all the hgh lol

That's how it's prescribed for narcolepsy though. It was amazing. Blink and 2-3 hours deep rem sleep had passed. It's a pretty nice and forgiving drug if you know how to dose it. I had my fun training, fucking and socialising on it. Lots of bad decisions as well + scary anger/snap episodes on tren. With how easily and cheaply you can get it in Europe (legally the precursor way) it's almost guaranteed you are going to fuck up and dose it around the clock.

On the sleep subject, something weird has been happening lately. I get 2 hours of sleep then I'm wide awake and cant go back to sleep. I think it might be the BPC-157 and TB-4/TB-500 stack.
 
I've tried avoiding all OTC sleep meds.
This week I tried unisom. And once I felt sleep come on I dosed 10mg D9THC gummie.
I think the THC once it hits keep me asleep.
With unisom alone I wake up after 4hrs.

I've had sleep problems (getting to sleep and staying asleep) the last couple of years. What has been working for me the last 6-7 months is 25mg Hydroxyzine, 10mg melatonin, and some magnesium at bedtime. With this combination I usually only wake up to use the restroom and go right back to sleep!

There's people that abuse anything. But sure, the addictive potential is definitely there although with G if you keep using it too often it loses all magic and only makes you sleepy. It was a decent alcohol substitute for bodybuilders. No hangover, no calories, low toxicity etc. Anyway, I haven't personally had any alcohol or drugs in many many years. I am one of those people who overdoes things and get hooked. I rather put this into bodybuilding.
