Whats the best way to run gh for mass?

doing the 4 i/u 5 days a week

I see most do 4 i/u daily for 5 days a week.So if i do Th 3x week at 4 i/u daily that would be 20 i/u week.that's 7 i/u x 3.I'm wondering if doing it at 20 instead of 30 would that make much of a difference as far as size?

Would doing it 3x week still give the sides as doing it 2 times a day?
 
Did 10iu a day for 30 days and lost 10 lbs bodyfat only. Kept all the m uscle!!
 
Minimum 8iu/day, non stop. Best would be how ever much you can afford, up to when sides are just too much, but rarely reach that level. 15-20iu and with proper AAS, you have no idea the kind of transformations your body will start making.
 
Guys honestly HGH is not for mass no matter how much u take.

I've taken 10iu/ED for 6 months with AAS & Slin.
Seriously u won't see much gains from HGH. Maybe some major bloat from that high dose.

That is why u don't hear people shouting about how much they gain from HGH. I would think HGH & IGF changes the way your body looks. Body composition rather than gains. Muscles look mature & tight.
 
Exactly what i noticed..Even using igf I notice fat loss and hardness more than anything else...Awesome results in just days...Like to see what ilr3 des does?

Concreter you took 10 iu of Hyge- Jin- king-blue-green? That sounds like a lot did you experience nome hands?

Like that I just started mine at very low dose of HGH Rock on bro :headbang:
 
There are people better qualified to answer than I, but ... knowledgable folks like Dat will tell you that gh + slin is much more anabolic than gh alone.

More isn't always better ... since gh sides like numb, painful hands can interfere with your training.

Assuming you can tolerate it, for mass I'd suggest:
+ 5iu gh x5, 2 days off
+ 5-10 iu R or N slin, pwo. (be careful w slin)
+ 200mcg ghrp6 /150mcg mod grf1-29. 2x per day
+ a slug of AAS (starting w a base of test)
+ lots of calories and protein

That should do it.
 
I've had good results using 10iu PWO on Chest, Back and Leg Days. I also like to use Humalog and IGF along with this protocol. IGF Pre-workout and then Humalog right after my workout with 10g Carbs per iu then 10iu HGH right after.

I was taking blues at that time..Was already on for 6 mnths so sides were'nt to bad..1st few mnths started with euro hormones/ and hands were numb quit a bit at 2-4ius..Now on kigs but switching to peps for 1st run after a yr on hgh... Hands are still a tick numb even now!!

As an experience HGH user for years, if u're hoping to get mass from HGH u're going to have to have allot (damn allot) of patient & money.

I think Follistatin is something good to research.
Very promising.

Just started running 100mcgs t-4, ended up with a bunch of it {also t-3} Really dont know what the extra bennifit is supposed to be, besides more fat loss? Had blood work and thyroid level came back at 200, dead middle of specs after a yr on. Is there another reason for upping thyroid?

taking exo thyroid will show higher t3/t4 plasma and low TSH.
