For me its always my delts they start popping quickly within 2 weeks of being back on gear and i get that roundness width back. and its the first that goes when i come off. my arms don't change much. everything else grows slowly for me and i lose it slowly.
i think delts are the most obvious signs when a non bodybuilder goes back on gear in the gym. you can always look around and see whose back on cycle lol at most gyms. for some i have seen their backs grow really quick.
i also wonder why its the shoulders? i mean most pros when they retire they lose that 3d width factor (jay cutler, lee priest etc.) but they still have decent arms?
