What's the food that you consider most valuable in your diet ?

Pure eggs whites, whipped into my oatmeal. 35 grams of lean protein with carbs and fresh fruit. I eat this every morning before going to gym, followed by 50 grams of Gold standard whey I begin sipping just as I finish my workout. Eggs whites whipped into oatmeal almost gives it a tapioca type feel and it's damn good. Sounds gross, but try it, it's the perfect meal before hitting the gym.
 
Eggs and lamb chops :eek: (only because that's my fave protein over steak anyday)
 
Shrimp... I eat on average 1lb per day... But when I'm dieting hard up to 3lbs per day... I never get sick of it, my body responds very well to it, I get lean fast and I keep my muscle, strength stays up.

I wish I could afford that much shrimp.

I looove seafood. My favorite is definitely fish/seafood. I live off the coast of one of our oceans and my dad fishes once or twice a week and gives me a lot of what he catches. So i'm generally stocked with fish for several days every week. Otherwise I couldn't afford it.
 
Eggs, 18-24 daily.
 
Fajitas of any kind. Why? because I have a hard time gaining weight and they're easy to chow the hell down on. I don't care how full I am, it's always easy to cram more in the mouff lol

Whiskey
 
whey protein and chicken.....and water:p
 
I gotta go with Eggs…..i normally have 5 whole Eggs and 4 Egg Whites Every day!
 
Eggs/egg whites easiest way for me to pump protein in. Drink a cup or two of egg whites each day. Much better than gambling on whey in my opinion

I think that beef, eggs, milk, and cheese are what fuel my gains the most. Then spinach
