Whats the lowest bf%you can hold OFF gear?

My ultimate goal is to stay completely off gear (peptides OK), but I feel its almost impossible to hold 7-8% when off without turning into a twig.

Whats the lowest you can hold off aas without killing muscle.?
 
What's considered off? Legit TRT dose 6-7% .... If i wanted too I'm sure I could get a few more pounds off, for what though?

Natties can still get to 6-7%, just with way less musculature.
If you want to hold some reasonable mass, I think 10% is the easy number to shoot for, 8% would involve an extremely strict daily diet in my case at least.
I am off AAS right now and seriously contemplating not going back on, so I have been thinking a lot about this very subject lately.

This question is going to be different for everyone. You should be able to hold a reasonable amount of size while getting down under 10%. If you are cutting down and you feel like you are looking too small, increase calories and go back up a bit. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for here.

Both good points to the same end, sure you can hold a certain level of bf%- question is while holding how much muscle?
 
100% genetic. Ok, maybe 90%.

No one can tell you what YOU can hold. I can't hold under 11% after dieting with a perfect diet. And my brother eats like shit and maintains 8%.

I always gain more fat when I am on cycle (strong ecto). But when I do run cycles, they are always mass gaining cycles so I guess its fat and a some bloat.
