I like 2iu generic while cruising on 150mg test. Keeps me leaner and fuller than without. There is def a difference between 0 and 2iu. I'm sure even 1 would help slightly.
These will probably be my year round doses in the near future. I have found low dose GH doesn't fuck me up with TRT at all so it's a nice little maintenance stack.
I have used chinese generics and am currently on pharm grade.
Generic= 3iu
Pharm grade= 2iu
Those would be the lowest doses to start seeing some visible results. Obviously more would increase results but also bring about unwanted side effects as well.
