I have a somewhat different way of using dbol/anadrol. As I don't compete and really just wanna enjoy the training and lifestyle of BB but not be really hardcore I use 20mg dbol or 50mg drol 1 hour before workouts 4 times a week. I just want the pump and extra boost effect from it, not the 24/7 bloat and high blood pressure. I know it is not the best way to use it for gains but it serves a purpose by letting me lift heavier in my workouts. The test and deca in my system will take care of growth the rest of the day.
