I have a protruding gut that i am working hard to get rid of. I want to know what is the best exercise to get rid of that gut?

Cardio, and lots of crunches..

Diet of coarse.

But you've still got to build the muscle underneight.

Cable crunches and hanging leg raises.
 
I hear those Ab shocker belts sold on the TV infomercials work great. Great Burn!...lol. Of course you cant leave out the Ab-doer or Ab-roller either.

Seriously bro, you will never see the abs without diet. Get that on track and train them once or twice a week and they will soon reveal themselves.

Speaking of "burn", I know a guy (my girls older brother..lol) who wore one of those stupid belts to long and had burns from the belt.
 
That was the "burn" I was referring to. It was all over the news. Lawsuits galore!....lol.
 
Lol my freind walks up to me yesterday, and says MO!!!! I need u're help man! It's maaaad important, so I'm think'n oh shit this guy's serious, I better help em quick! he says with all seriousness, I need to loose 2 inches off my waist by tommorow...I was like, man this guy's out of it...so let me just play allong! I said ok.... here's what u need to do, get a whole box of exlax, and take the whole thing at once, I warned him about "a little fart'n"... But I said in the end it'll all be worth it :D
