Reading a lot of posts lately about gaining weight vs gaining muscle and I started to wonder what is a REALISTIC amount of quality stage weight an individual could attain from one show to their next? Or from one offseason (6-18 months for example).
So my question is what was the most YOU gained? What did you feel contributed the most to your gains? Looking back, did the extra weight improve the QUALITY of your physique, or did you become too obsessed with the numbers game without taking into account overall the quality?
