What's up everyone?

Dusty,

We all you know you pound down some MASSIVE amounts of food day in and out. If you dont mind (and if you're allowed to) can you post up what a typical workout day diet looks like as well as off day?

Dusty, can you tell us some of the difference in what Dante got you to do with leg training now comparing to past?

Somehow I did not answer this...that's what I get for using the iPhone.

Dante has me hitting legs more often basically every 4-5 days and the training tempo is way different. For example on squats I am doing a 4 count negative...sitting in the hole for a two count and then coming back up.

He also has me using things like a leg press RP shooting for 50 reps but I choose a weight I can only get for about 20 reps on the first attempt...from there I continue doing rest pause until I either get 50 reps or until I fail prior to getting 6 reps on an attempt...which has never nor will ever happen:)

Man between your post on here and on facebook your motivation level is contagious. I've switched to DC training for the last two months after ten years of lifting and reading your post gets me raging to beat my lifts every workout and has helped me make better gains in the last two months than I have in the last two years lol. Good luck this year, its great to have such a positive role model in the sport!
 
Dusty how do you like the new maximize intense??

It's nuts! Honestly I am a bit sensitive to stims so I only need about 3/4 scoop and I'm flying. or leg and back day I have been sticking to MaximizeV2

Glad I can put a positive spin on your journey. As for DC...well, without DC training and of course Dante himself I would be nowhere near the level I am at now. Obviously I have a long way to go but the credit for all progress thus far goes to Dante. He has been guiding me for years and I just do what he suggests and sure as shit it always works.

Long time lurker few time poster :) I was just wondering if you could outline what you are planning on doing for your legs this year to get them to match your upper body? I've followed your career for a while now and remember when your legs used to overpower your upper body.
