Try coconut milk from the can. Has to be canned, as this contains all the dietary fats from the coconut. 1 8 0z can is like 460 cals

oats do help for sure...A carb that doesnt bloat me and can add to shakes easily for extra carbs as well as a healthy source at that...Almond butter i need to try..usually us PB...Almond butter sounds like a better source.
