Whats with the PM's from zero's

What's with the PM's lately from person's with 0 post, never heard of before, wanting info on gear use and other related info. Anyone else getting alot of this lately.

I've dealt with it on other boards. The reason they do it is to avoid the flaming of there stupid questions. They dont put any research in it they just want the answers, so they figure why not just PM someone with a lot of posts instead of getting flammed by 20 people. Hope that answers your question

That is understandable, but its a little bit more than that, thus is the reason for me asking.
