whats wrong with my body??

What kind of body do I have.. I use to be super skinny(120 lbs), and then i worked out and got pretty big. but I was never ripped. I have never been ripped where i can see like abs without flexing and jsut walk around with my shirt off. Now i dont want to be a pro bodybuilder or anything, but i do want to look freaky.. u know like super big and super ripped. without looking unbalanced.
Is that in my card?

this is my pic of where i m right now. i havent worked out much, or ate enough meals and proteins. I have lost a lot of muscle and kept most of my fat.

My main quesiton is, what kind of body do i have?? and did neone of u had similar bodies? i see pics on here of guys that look superb, (such as mike ,not too sure his name) and he looks huge, but even when he is bulked up his fat is pretty low.


in the end. just wanted to say this board kicks ass.

i have a similar physique. I was always tall and skinny, and am a real hardgainer in the gym. how tall are you? by looking at ure pics i get the sense u are taller than average?

Yes there is nothing wrong with you. My advice is to know exactly what you are eating…meaning, how much you eat of p/c/f and use the right nutrition techniques to get bulked and to get shredded.
You didn’t tell us how you are exactly dieting but I’m guessing you have no specific diet, am I right?
Try to read more about nutrition and use the right workout routine for every phase you are at…you probably don’t want to stress on your abs workouts because you hate the fact that they are not showing…last thing as one of my best friends say: abs are made in the kitchen.

Not the expert here but if you have major questions about dieting I can share my experience.
 
I really dont understand what you are asking but I read you haven't been working out much or eating clean. I think that is the problem.

YEh i havent worked out or ate much in a few months, but before that I did work out hard, and ate semi clean, and when I tried to put on muscle I would get flabby too. So my question is, is tehre a way to put on muscle without getting flabby like last time? or is it just my genes and i m doomed.

I m only 5'8, and no i m not that hard a gainer, I can lose weight easily, put on weight at a decent (3200 or 3500) cal diet ,, but I am not ripped. like most hard gainers are skinny but they are still ripped u know
 
like it was said before, abs and leanness are made with the diet. But at the same, time think about what you told us here. You said you arent a hardgainer, and can put on size at a good rate, and in your first post you said you want to be freaky big. Personally, if I was you, i would put the "ripped" idea behind, and just focus on gettin big big big with some quality lean muscle gains. If you have the ability to put that size on somewhat easy, then I say go for it and dont waste that ability. then you can diet down for a couple months and look freaky if that is still one of your goals.
 
yeah .. u r right. But i cant get over the idea of being fat. I wouldnt mind getting bulky , and bloated a lil bit, but not to the point that i look like a chubby dude. U know.

I am at where i m in the top pic. and i want to start putting on weight. I can leave the ripped abs behind but I still want to be around 12% . Is that possible?

Yeah, if being a little chubby bothers you that much, just diet down to 10% bf then start a clean bulker with no carbs at night and light morning cardio on empty stomach. That should do the trick...
 
Classic endo/meso bodytype. Diet manipulation is the key to what you're looking for. That and maybe going back to the gym once in a while.

No way. This guy is an ectomorphic all the way. Look at his thin bone structure, small waist, etc. He might be ecto/meso if he looked like his bigger pics naturally. He would do best on a powerlifting schedule with lots of cals and mass movements.
 
Agreed with OTH, a powerlifing regimen is what's for dinner. If his diet is half way decent and eats enough I see him with the "6 pack" he wants not to mention more size. I'm the endo/meso:p and this dude is def. the ecto.
