No real purpose here Just a thread thought id make personal to get to know some good people here..

Anyone is welcomed to chime in..

Me personally approaching 40, Longevity is the key.. I've been as heavy as I've wanted to be and as light as I've wanted to be lol... Now I train in many different ways besides bodybuilding , mma, grappling , basketball etc. I find the older I get the Lighter I like to feel and move if that makes sense lol...

Another thing is I seem to get away with a whole lot less is more approach with AAS.. coming from over 10 years ago when the whole double the test idea was (in) lol ...

Stay lean 365 days a year, be healthy, feel good, no injuries, eat good food, never need to diet, dieting sucks. No chasing size or trying to impress people at the gym with how many plates I can use. Use moderate aas, a little gh, and no fancy supplement that don't actually help me achieve my goals.

Youve got good shoulders 👍

My goals now are just to maintain what I have, reduce some unwanted fat pockets, and improve my functional strength

I signed up for an adult tackle football league so I'll be doing uphill sprints and functional exercises for that, probably going to play on the defensive line so want to build that explosiveness and speed

Also my buddy who owns the gym I go to just signed the lease on a new building that has an indoor basketball court so I'll probably start playing pickup

I’m currently in a fat loss phase and when I’m so lean I barely have any fat on my leanest body part I’m going to shoot for as big and strong as I can get. My goal ultimate goal is always the same to try and get, leaner, bigger, stronger.

Same - except I am still chasing size

Pushing to 290-300lbs. by the end of this year and hoping to diet that down to ~245-250lbs. at 6% next year. My only big goal with lifts this year is 500 x 1 on flat bench.
These are my goals exactly. Mind if I ask how old you are?

Achieve a physique I'm proud of. One I can maintain on low doses of gear and not dieting constantly. If I could get down to 230lbs lean and finally lose that stubborn lower back fat for once I would be happy.

Just want to look good naked and be functional and fuckable.

I will always want to be big and strong as fuck but I don't think it's in the cards for me anymore

Try to maintain my health, strength, physique, have zero injuries and
don't fuck up my body by injecting it with oil which is both deceiving
and makes it look like crap if done incorrectly . . . which it usually is.

So grow lean? What kind of calories do you take in per day? I want to stay below 8 percent, I use scale and waist measurement to keep myself in check.

Look good naked AT ALL TIMES!

To get Leeeeeean.
And then stay as lean as possible forever, while using the least AAS possible (TRT) most of the time.

Getting married soon and I wanna look good and be around a long time.

To Stay fairly shredded all the time..veiny and grainy and hard. I stopped playing the weight game chasing numbers and I found I’m much happier refining what Iv got rather than just trying to increase measurements and put lbs on the scale. I’m Not nearly as big as I once was not even close. but I still look like a freak. Just a more refined kind of freak.

Damn. So you stay close to contest ready at all times? Not sure if a legitimate 8% is a good place to stay

It has been my experience that it does not take as very many calories
above your maintenance level to stay lean but still gain muscle given
the intensity / stimuli is high enough to trigger growth, your diet in
on-point (but it can still be crap) and you are getting enough rest.
And yes, you can gain muscle on a low protein, below maintenance level
caloric 'diet'. Seen it done many times . . . but never on any world class
athletes as they would be non-believers, would be afraid to try it, but
then why try it when there are smarter ways to do it. Just relaying
what is possible regardless of that other people say.

Ditch the scale. It is like a wieiji board, it fucks with your head. (Unless
you are are tying to make a weight class) Use a mirror and fotos taken
under the exact same conditions once a week. And too many valuables
for my taste to use measurements too. The mirror, fotos and unbiased
people to us as judges . . . hard to find would be my preference But hey,
what do I know?

My opinion.
